Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your school's use of the Copvera platform, operated by Global Generation Co., Ltd. (“Copvera”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using the Service, your school agrees to these Terms.

The Service

Copvera is a subscription platform for school operations, including asset management, ticketing, front-office and security kiosks, security reporting, and reporting and analytics.

Subscriptions and billing

Copvera is billed monthly via Stripe, per school, at the price shown on our pricing page. Hosting is included. Full details on pricing, payment, and the cancellation policy required under Japanese law are set out in our Commercial Transactions Disclosure.

There is no free trial. You're welcome to review the live demo or contact us with questions before subscribing.

Your account and responsibilities

Your school is responsible for maintaining the security of the Google Workspace accounts used to sign in, for the accuracy of data your staff enter, and for complying with laws applicable to the data your school processes through the Service — see our Product Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, reverse-engineer the software, or use it in a way that disrupts other schools' use of the Service.

Third-party services

Optional integrations such as Google Workspace SSO and Veracross sync are provided by those companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

Intellectual property

Global Generation Co., Ltd. owns all rights in the Copvera software and platform. Your school retains all rights to the data it enters into the Service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Generation Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription per the cancellation terms in our Commercial Transactions Disclosure. Upon termination, data handling follows our Product Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
