Price

Copvera Platform subscription: $249 USD per month, per school. Hosting is included in this price.

Payment method

Credit card via Stripe (the subscribe link on this site). Invoice/bank transfer arrangements may be available for institutional purchasing — contact us.

Payment timing

Charged at signup via Stripe, then monthly in advance.

Service delivery timing

Setup begins within approximately one week of signup. The first month is an implementation month, with most schools live within that first month — see the onboarding timeline for detail.

Term & cancellation

Monthly subscription with no fixed minimum term — cancel anytime by contacting us. Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial payment for services not yet rendered, excluding any applicable payment-processor transaction fees.

Additional fees

Hosting is included in the price above. Optional third-party services your school chooses to enable — such as Google Workspace SSO or Veracross sync — are provided directly by those companies and may carry their own separate fees, not collected via this subscription.

Full terms of service — including cancellation policy, intellectual property rights, and non-disclosure terms — are set out in the service agreement signed with your school.
