Standard technical logs collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

To respond to your inquiry and provide the information you requested, such as pricing or a demo.

We do not use contact form submissions for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only client-side storage it uses is a language preference (English/Japanese) saved in your browser's local storage — it identifies no one, is never sent to our servers, and exists solely so the site remembers your language choice.
Because of this, we do not display a cookie consent banner. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics in the future — we will update this policy and add appropriate consent controls at that time.
Sharing of information
Contact form messages are delivered via our internal email relay to our support inbox; they are not shared with unrelated third parties.
If your school subscribes to Copvera, subscription payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

We keep contact form inquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which they are deleted or archived.

Children's privacy
This website is intended for school administrators and operations staff, not children, and does not knowingly collect information from children. Data about students processed within the Copvera product itself — not this marketing website — is addressed in our Product Privacy Policy.
